You might be able to fake the look smell and shuffle but the secret handshake would expose you every time.

D'oh! You weren't supposed to tell'em about the secret handshake!
Also: don't pretend to be a zombie around other zombie squadders. That's like wearing a viking helmet in the woods during deer season.
