Don't sweat it; this is a spammer who has copied/pasted earlier comments from the thread and thrown spam links in his sig. If someone who can report posts could pass this to a mod it would be useful; for some reason I can't do that for Announcement posts.

As far as I recall I don't think there was a banner offered for this one.
