what is with everyone assuming that im talking about a sword when i say melee. melee is a very broad range of weapons. also from what i know about kendo the sword is a very good device to kill a zombie. the MEN< (sorry if the sp is wrong i only yell it) is a very useful thing. it is a strike to the head that is doen with speed not power. itis meant to go through the skull of an opponent with eas but not get stuck in the skull so you can fight quickly and go from enemy to enemy. if you say this is not the perfect move to kill a zombie than tell me why.

-kielbasaD1 -melee doesnt have freindly fire :D

Hey kilbasa, I started this post a while ago to discuss the use of melee' weapons. I guess I should think before I start typing. And drink less before posting. Anyway, I'm all for hand to hand combat, I jumped the gun a few posts back and thought you were boasting that hand to hand was preferable to ranged (tacticly).

When the ammo pull out your trusty crowbar. Balanced enough to use in melee if needed but also efficient in making that desperately needed "alternate get away" if the door is blocked. The crook "the hook" is very efficient in giving you that extra 2-4 ft gripping reach to get a top a wall or building out of zombie reach. Yeah survival.
If it was meant to be i would have thought of it already.
