Silly clutch newb. lol j/k

(In th wake of) The Swollen goat.

The Swollen Goat is actually the name i gave my home-build catamaran. I mean the song is about pirates. F*ck yes ma'am.

Then Static X Chroma-matic, Destroyer, Dirthouse, and I'm sure about any of theirs would suit me.

Drive By Truckers for the somber times in the ZPAW.

I'm sure that some of these have been captured so far, maybe with the exception of my last choice:

Dragula by Rob Zombie (noted by furpiles as well)

Enter Sandman by Metallica

I Stand Alone by Godsmack (noted by furpiles)

The Pursuit of Vikings by Amon Amarth

Amon Amarth is a black metal band out of Scandinavia, and nearly every song they do revolves around Vikings and warfare. Here are the lyrics to "The Pursuit of Vikings". They are a staple on my workout mix.

-----------
The warming sun returns again
And melts away the snow
The sea is freed from icy chains
Winter is letting go

Standing on the ocean side
We can hear the waves
Calling us out with tide
To sail into our fate

Oden! Guide our ships
Our axes, spears and swords
Guide us through storms that whip
And in brutal war

Our ships await us by the shore
Time has come to leave
Our country, family and homes
For riches in the east

Some of us won't return
But that won't bring us down
Our fate is written in the web
Woven by the Norns

A ram is sacrificed
Across the longship's bow
And as we set our sails
A strong breeze starts to blow

It carries us out to sea
With hope of fame and pride
And glorious all will be
That with sword in hand will die

Oden! Guide our ships
Our Axes, spears and swords
Guide us through storms that whip
And in brutal war

Oden! Guide our ships
Our axes, spears and swords
Guide us through storms that whip
And in brutal war
"All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." -Edmund Burke

Dragula, by Rob Zombie, as has been mentioned.

Until It Sleeps by Metallica, or the cello version by Apocalyptica. Actually, pretty much anything by Metallica or Apocalyptica.

Shifting Through The Lens, by Frontline Assembly. Vigilante and Millenium by them work too.

Numb, by Linkin Park. I also like a new song of theirs, I think it's called Catalyst?

Pretty much anything by Rammstein. Du Hast, Sehnsucht, Engel, and Reise, Reise come to mind.

Need I say more? Seriously, who (from 1989 to 1994, respectively) didn't get pumped while listening to that song?

For me I like the contrast between what I'm seeing and what I'm hearing. This is my ZDay playlist on my iPod:

Smooth Criminal-Alien Ant Farm cover
Sowing Season-Brand New
A Favor House Atlantic-Coheed and Cambria
Zombie-The Cranberries (couldn't resist)
Fresh Blood-Eels
Mad World-Gary Jules cover
Hide and Seek-Imogen Heap
I Won't Back Down-Johnny Cash cover
Another One Bites the Dust-Queen
Under Pressure-Queen
Who I am Hates Who I've Been-Relient K
Monster-Skillet
The Man Comes Around-Johnny Cash
Vox Populi-30 Seconds to Mars
Cute Without the "E"-Taking Back Sunday
Street Fighter(War)-Sick Puppies
Face Down-Red Jumpsuit Apparatus
Time to Pretend-MGMT

Some songs are meant to hype you up, some to lower the heart rate and some to remind you what you're fighting for.

Pretty much anything by The Meteors. I really like:

She's a Zombie Now
I Hate People
Slow Down You Grave Robbing Bastard

Also, Check My Brain by Alice in Chains seems appropriate.

Ave Maria
Verdi Don Mobile
Jesper Kyd
================

Then after all that pretty crazy music.

I'd just flip it over to my AC/DC back in black album.
Metallica- For whom the bell tolls
Metallica- All Nightmare Long
Metallica- Seek and Destroy
Motley Crue- Wild Side
Motley Crue- Kickstart my Heart
Def Lepard- Animal
Def Lepard- Rock of Ages
Def Lepard- Making Love Like A Man
Guns N' Roses- Live and Let Die
Fiver Finger Death Punch- Bad Company
Hed P.E.- Raise Hell
Lamb Of God- Red Neck
Mudvayne- Dig
Pantera- Cowboys from Hell and I'm Broken
Rammstein- Feur Frei and Du Hast
Refused- New Noise
Soulfly- BOOM
======================

Ironically that was my playlist for football games. :D
Maybe thats why I averaged the most Unsportsmanlikes.

Alright dammit, I read the first and last page, and if they signify they general mood here, there is a horrible lack of rap here. And by rap, I mean mutherfuckin rap from before 2000 that absolutely does not include auto tune, puff daddy diddler, acorn, or any bullshit like that.

so, with great pleasure, some bad ass rap songs for you to tip your 45 and ak to the side with as you bust a cap in some mark ass zeds:

:D

1. Really Doe (Ice Cube before he started fucking Tyler Perry, album Lethal Injection)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07vkbKhS6CY because i'm a mutherfuckin G! lol

2. WU Tang Clan Ain't Nuthin to Fuck With (Enter the Wu Tang album)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGrf2_t_cs0&feature=fvst (any body that samples kung fu movie knuckle cracking noise is full of win to me)

3. Top o the Mornin to Ya (House of Pain)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15qc3_joy5A (in case Z day is Saint Paddy's :P )

4. When the Shit Goes Down (Cyprus Hill, Black Sunday album)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThppEppMw5w

5. Let Me Ride (Dr. Dre, The Chronic album)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S0Sp500ZVI0

carry on. don't make me pull over again or it's your ass.
