No need bro, its plenty strong enough, especially if you glue your joints!

This. I love this a lot. I am 6"9 and I have been looking for a good frame for my Medium Alice pack for a long time, one that is comfortable. I have a bunch of PVC sitting around my house and this defiantly solves my issue. I never thought of this before. Thank you so much for sharing.
