DIY PVC Alice Pack Frame

i havent tested this at all but i was wondering what you guys think about this idea: could we strengthen the pvc frame by filling it with some material? maybe with spray foam insulation or sand?

No need bro, its plenty strong enough, especially if you glue your joints!

This. I love this a lot. I am 6"9 and I have been looking for a good frame for my Medium Alice pack for a long time, one that is comfortable. I have a bunch of PVC sitting around my house and this defiantly solves my issue. I never thought of this before. Thank you so much for sharing.
