Elzetta ZSM flashlight holder for the new pardner p.

http://www.elzetta.com/zsmFAQ.htm

I had a surefire 6pxpro that I bought when they were $80. When the price went up to $115 and I had coincidentally picked up a $30 fenix e21. I quit carrying the surefire. Now I have a proper use for it.

I purchased a Ringler complete cargo net for my TJ Unlimited. This allows me to take the top off but still have my gear decently secured. Post to follow once netting arrives.

After a week of research.... finally got it. Image.

I live in San Francisco and have been searching for a a good log splitting stump. Last weeks high winds blew down a huge tree and city workers cut that bad boy in manageable pieces. As soon as I put the stump in our yard, I hopped on the computer and and ordered by Fiskars X17 23.5" Splitting Axe.

When it's not being used to split firewood, it's ready to bug out.

Bought a Bushbuddy stove. The one with .006 thickness steel. At first I had gone for a cheap knock-off, but realized the quality just sucks, so I saved up and got the real deal :)

Paid for it last week but it just arrived. Stainless nesting cup for my ZS nalgene. Kind of like a canteen cup but with a better container.

Learned early when I joined, make friends with the cooks and be nice to the supply SGT. To acquire that gear you had to be really nice. Lol. Hooah brother.

It has been quite a lucrative 2 weeks for defense..

Glock 30
Spare Mag x2 for Glock
Streamlight TLR-3
New Gun and Mag Holster
Slide Release Extender
840 Rounds 5.56, M855
175 Rounds 00 Buck 12 Gauge
250 Rounds .45 Auto

Still waiting on my Bravo Company EAG Carbine to be processed and shipped, but I blame my FFL. In preparation for it however, I purchased 6 Black PMAGs and an EOTech 552. A friend of mine hooked me up with a case of MREs last night so I am one happy camper to say the least.

I lost my BoB somewhere, and am now rebuilding it. I'm only getting started but I did get a few things from Wal-Mart.

2-pack of Sterno camp fuel
1 small bottle of gold bond body powder
1 travel sized tube of spf-30 sunscreen

I know it's nothing I can rely on right now, but I didn't know I had lost it until I splurged on a new pair of shoes and a couple Polos.

when payday comes around I need to go get a new pack, a new machete or hatchet, a new multitool, a new plinker, and about 3,000 other things. hopefuly I won't see a SHTF scenario until then. In the meantime, my Kershaw Amphibian is going to have a to be my multitool, machete, and primary weapon >_> I'm so screwed.

How does one "loose" a BOB? I mean I could understand if it were stolen or something, but all my BOBs have a dedicated place on a rack in my bedroom. (I always know where my BOB is) Your post makes it sound like you simply misplaced it.

Starting from scratch can be a pain in the ass but at least it gives you an opportunity to do some things better than last time. You have a chance to make a Better BOB. Don't let it pass you by.

Sorry, I should have clarified. I moved about two months ago, and I had been using my parents' house as storage while I got everything out of the old place and into the new one(there was a lapse of about 2 days where I was homeless due to my old lease expiring and the new one not starting up). I had assumed I had it under my bed(where it usually was), but I checked, and couldn't find it. So I had assumed(again) that it was at their place, and I had simply left it. But, it's not there. So I lost it, but have no idea where it went.

In the meantime, I made a crash one that has ramen, trail mix, CLIF bars, peanut butter, some other instant soup, and a gallon of water attached. Shelter is the biggest hole in it right now, so that's the next thing I'm buy. It will work in a pinch if SHTF, but I know what my next couple of paychecks are going to. And you're definitely right, I can start from scratch, knowing what I know now.

So yeah, I'll be posting in this a lot as i get it back in running order LOL
