After serious consultation and examination of all of the entries, the judges {woodswalker and myself] have determined a winner.
First let me say that all of the entries were really good under difficult conditions. They all had great ideas and tricks to show folks that a workable BOB need not cost more than a used car.
You should all take pride in your entry, they will all help other people on a limited budget get started. Your work might even help save a life someday.

Despite camera problems and a last minute entry, this BOB seemed very reproducible and one anyone would be happy to have in a pinch.
