This is more of a Bug-in deal, but Groupon offers The Laundry Pod Portable Washer in White, Gray, or Green for $69 with free shipping. http://www.groupon.com/deals/gg-the-lau ... source=rvs That's the lowest total price I could find by $30. The Laundry Pod features a circular wash system; it does not require electricity. It accommodates approximately 10 regular articles of clothing, and can clean clothes with less than five gallons of water. Deal ends July 2. I am unable to get this for myself right now but thought others may be interested.

Regarding the laundry pod, just from personal experience with something similar, (wife bought it to have on hand during power outages) honestly your bathtub or a galvanized tub and a laundry paddle work better for anything actually dirty.

These manual washing machines are okay for fine garments that you just need to deodorize or that are too delicate for a machine wash but don't expect to get a dirty pair of jeans very clean in them. In a PAW we'll be back to washboards and beating things on rocks in the river to keep presentable once everyone's working sun up to sun down to get the crops in. :gonk:

My local ACE hardware has Rayovac "extreme sportsman"flashlights for sale at $14.99 (regularly priced at $31.99) 180/75 lumen with a runtime of 22/60 hours respectively... Not sure if this just overstock at my store or an ACE thing, but it might be worth checking out. I am going to get a few more at this price.

Battery Junction offering 7% on their 4th of July sale. Kind of lame compared to the 10-20% I'd rather see, but thought I'd post for the benefit of our mid-Atlantic brethren & sisters who might be rethinking their emergency battery and lighting requirements.

http://www.batteryjunction.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Celebrate America’s Independence and get 7% off of your entire order at BatteryJunction.com now through the weekend.

Use coupon code: JULY4SALE at checkout.

Coupon expires 7/8/12

Harbor Freight is generally known for having a 20% off coupon almost all the time. This one is for 25% off. July 4th only.

http://widgets.harborfreight.com/wswidg ... ycode=1004

Thought I would pass this along in case anyone had a big purchase planned, like a trailer or a solar panel.

$35 used Goretex boots. Vibram soled so they can be resoled if you ever wear them out. For your BOB or extras for your BOL. Military issue. Allegheny Outlet. You could probably buy from their website as well.

Dicks sporting goods is offering additional 25% off clearance camping/fishing/outdoor equipment. I cherry picked a couple items but the best deal was this water filter. They were also running additional 50% off all clearance athletic clothing, which was pretty much the entire middle of the store.

Read great reviews online. Seems easy enough to use, no pumping, and it'll filter 4 liters of water in under 5 minutes. MSRP ~$100 but I got it on super clearance for $34. :clap:

Cant wait to try it out.

Vermont's Barre Army Navy has a great deal on Belleville Multicam Khyber Boots. Just ordered a pair for $104.10, delivered. They are $119, minus a 10% discount, minus $3 for 'liking' the boots on facebook (link on the product page), free shipping (FedEx ground) and no sales tax (unless you live in VT). The 10% discount is good for the month of July.

I removed a few posts as they had a deals site that required someone to join. I believe this is against the thread's rules.

No worries. I screwed up a lot worse than that when I was at your post count. Believe me. :roll:

My local Menards has Coleman Expedition First Aid kits on sale for $14.95 with a $10 mail in rebate. So for $5 or so you get this kit http://www.colemanfirstaid.com/kit-expedition.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I couldn't find it on Menards website and I'm not sure if it's on sale everywhere, but if you're in the store it's worth a look.

Must be an in-store deal as the poster did mention his 'local Menards'. I looked as well with no luck.

I got a couple of those for our cars at our local "ocean state job lot" stores. Basically they get surplus inventory from places and sell at discount. I think I paid $10 each.

Spec Ops T.H.E. Packin Foliage Green for $99. If you need a good pack for under $100(not including shipping), here's a great way to git'r'dun.

http://www.specopsbrand.com/t-h-e-pack- ... green.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I picked one up in ACU off a guy who just got done with a deployment to Afghaniland, and it doesn't look like it's seen much of any use. Definitely worth the money if you can't afford springing for a Kifaru or the like.

Web Store / Manufacturer. Yes we had some database issues yesterday. Apologies for the inconvenience
