Didnt find much when searching for this and really don't know if it belongs here but....

"We're Alive" is a pretty good podcast about a group of Z day survivors. Does anybody else here keep up with it? And is there anything else out there like it in the way of podcasts?

I just checked it out from finding about this post, and I'm hooked now. The acting is really good, and I like the way they use the background noises to create scenery.

i downloaded the iphone app but it wont let me go past chapter 28 to previous chapters so i gave up

I started listening about a month ago and I love the show. I usually replay the last couple episodes before the newest every Monday. All I can say is that as it goes on there are some intense scenes. The last one had me cringing, and being really pissed off at one of the characters.

Love it, sucks that episodes only come out on Mondays. What am I supposed to do Tuesday-Sunday?

Don't bother with the app. Just get it through iTunes. I only use my iPhone for it too and iTunes has all episodes.

Started listening to the show after seeing it mentioned in this thread. Just wrapped up season 1 and I have to say the show is amazing so far. I was a bit skeptical as to how a non visual zombie story would play out but I'm super impressed. If they made a show that kept even 50% of the quality it would blow away anything on TV that could even remotely be considered in the same genre.

I'm an avid podcast listener due to my commute... been listening to this since day one.

I thoroughly enjoy it, though they play fast and loose with the geography of Los Angeles.

Also, not really zombies... I'm a purist. A zombie is a reanimated corpse... these are Infected, with some rather bizarre mutations...

Great podcast though, full voice cast and sound effects... highly recommended... I may go to the live event they're having next week...

1. Just got into this.
2. Made a thread about it without searching.
3. Locked my own thread and decided to bump this one of the 3 that exist on these forums.

Good stuff, fun, over the top and extra dramatic "radio show" style story. Just finished season 1 which I got the CD set from my comicbook retailer friend (gratis). Just started season 2 this morning as they are loaded onto my iPhone.

I had no idea this was out there until I read this thread. I'm up to chapter 13. I've been listening since last week. Every time I get in the car I'm listening. (Granted 1+ hour 1 way commutes help.) It's almost as gripping as 24.
