(for want of a better word)

I also read somewhere that those flashes were supposed to show Shane's "inner rage".....And why he "turned" so much more quickly than Amy did, after she was bitten back at the Atlanta camp.

That's interesting, I'm not sure exactly what to make of them.
I think that they illustrate the hunger and urges Z'Shane experienced as it reanimated.

Yeah, that's what I got too. Rage, hunger, lust for raw flesh. If it was somehow a reflection of Shane's inner turmoil versus a more well-adjusted victim like Andrea's sister, that distinction was totally lost on me.

Can zombies live among us?

Could zombies live among us? We transformed a few New Yorkers to find out.

It seems this is done by the folks at http://putzombiesback.com as a publicity/protest thing against Dish network dropping AMC and thus The Walking Dead.

Pretty funny way to get the point across.
My favorite quotes from Rorschach from the comic Watchmen

"Once a man has seen society's black underbelly, he can never turn his back on it. Never pretend, like you do, that it doesn't exist."

"None of you seem to understand. I'm not locked in here with you. You're locked in here with *ME*!"

I wonder what part of NYC they filmed that in? Cause I have a couple of buddies in Bushwick and Flatbush, Brooklyn that would have "curb stomped first, ask questions later".

The Dish contract runs out this month. Gives us plenty of time to shift over to Direct. Too bad I was really liking Dish too.
The dead go on before us they

I swear, if they show Daryl doing a clean dump with a Surefire magazine.......I'll never watch the show again cause that's just not realistic.

Haha way to show Ditch Network how to play!

Do the surefire mags have a bad rep? I haven't had one in hand yet so I have no experience with them yet.

I thought about trying out one of the 60-rounders.....Until I read some of the comments left by previous purchasers at some of the online stores. I don't know about the 100, but a lot of folks with the 60 said that the follower consistently jammed around the 38th to 40th shot. Which would seem to be right around the spot where the magazine tapers into the magwell.

So I'm gathering those photos were behind the scenes of the cast getting comfortable with some higher power weaponry to be used in Season 3. Sounds like there will be blood. Oh yes, there will be blood.

Yeah, looks like everyone will be better armed this season.

Still kinda bummed they lost the RV...

Dammit, it comes into play in the comic towards the climax between woodbury and the prison... Won't go into more details, but there's a pretty badass moment, which is forever gone....

Couldn't they have just limped it along, taken it into the plate stamping shop or whatever the prison had, give it a 2 minute A Team montage and voila, rolling thunda...

Missed it? It's what Rick and Carl leaped onto when escaping from the burning barn. What Herschal's son was driving when he foolishly neglected to lock the vehicle door.

That 1977 Winnebego Cheiftan was old, cantankerous and constantly demanded attention, not unlike her late, great owner. She was almost as much of a character in that show as Dale was. When she went up in a blaze of glory, there was nary a dry eye the house.
