This looks really good. I am so there. Except, for some crazy reason AMC is not part of my plan on DISH. Too bad I can't order (my landlord controls the satellite dish, not me). I wonder if AMC will have the episodes on their site.

Also? Laurie Holden is the mega hotness. Man, she was the cop in Silent Hill? That was a kick-ass movie! I thought her character got seriously gypped in the end, that's all I'm sayin'.

I've never read the comic. I just watched the first issue on the youtube and found it to be pretty good.

I'll be hosting a viewing party at my place, and setting the DVR to record the whole series, since I can't get AMC "on demand".

Saw the trailer on AMC while watching Rubicon on DVR last night. Looks good and will set it to record once it gets on the DirecTV schedule.

actually WD is mostly about interpersonal conflict set in a zombie apocolypse. Therefore most of your episodes will probably not have a ton of high dollar effects. Just throw in a few extras dressed as zombies and bam there you go. It wouldn't have gotten picked up for a 2nd season already if it was cost prohibitive.

Remember its on AMC, so its all about drama...with a touch of zombies 8)

I'll take it. It has to be better than crap like survivor and american idol.

This would be cool as the opening title sequence. Made by a fan, but awesome work!

Kabump. Again, here are the official trailers on AMC.

Gale Anne Hurd is producing it. James Cameron's ex-wife and screenwriter. Fucking awesome!
