What do you like to read? Online ones? Print comics?

I've tried reading the Walking Dead, but I've never gotten far. I like some other webcomics, but I haven't found any zombie ones I like.

I love The Walking Dead series. I enjoy books more than reading on the web.

I'm thinking about starting my own online comic. I've been working on storyboards for a stop motion zombie film. I think posting them online as a comic might be a good way to build up a following and test the story. What do you think?

Go for it. You should be able to find a place to post your comics for free. If you have the time, there's no downside.

I spent some time this weekend thinking about how to get my story out there. I'm going to launch a website for the comic.

On June 1st I'll post 10 pages for everyone to read. After that I'll update twice per week..

Anyone here ever make a web comic before?

Man I SO want to go out and buy the Walking Dead series--especially now that the series finished season 2. It's very hard to wait on seeing what they do and where the story is going when I know there's like, what 80+issues out there now? And Amazon's selling them in volumes of X issues.

Can't though. Can't afford to pick them up right now and still working on my own series. Don't want to read anything just yet that might influence my own work (and possibly interpreted as "he got that idea from TWD!")

I haven't read a comic book since I was a child. Graphic novels on the other hand, can't get enough. I really liked Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. When is that movie coming out???

I just went and ordered the first three hard cover volumes of "The Walking Dead" and really looking forward to reading them. Couldn't wait for season 3 of the TV show. Paid 85 bucks for them all, and I noticed that after volume 7, they're only available in softcover. Oh well. Anyway, hoping that they'll be good.
