Pending means the stamp is in the process of being licked and put on the paper and send back to you. I got mine back in about 75 days after they cashed the check.

After a little research, I found out out that my agent Anna Farris has a fan club on ARFCOM. She likes to wait up to 4 months from pending date to approval date
