I have a question about the MOE handguards. Will they fit with a railed gass block instead of a standard sight tower?

Epic thread necromancy that should've gone in the "All purpose AR Build" thread, but the answer is Yes.

The MOE handguards have an insert where the handguard meets the gas block that fastens it.
