I've almost bought a P90 or FN 57 handgun a few times now, but I can never find loaded ammunition by anyone but FN corporate. Whats the deal, are they holding patents back or something? Right now for instance, due to the pre-election hysteria I cant find 5.7 for sale anywhere.
Besides, whats wrong with wanting cheap blasting ammo like WWB or Silverbear ect to ease training costs? I'd go SBR and the whole nine yards, the whole cowboy logistics angle totally appeals to me but the ammo situation scares me away everytime. Is this caliber reloadable at all right now?

It probably has to do with FN also making the only two guns that chamber it that have been sold in any appreciable quantities.

So winchester or federal wont make cheap ammo for it? I guess this is a chicken/egg argument but like, the biggest reason I havent bought a PS90 and SBR'd it is because of the ammo situation.

Winchester or federal wont make ammo unless they can sell it by the truckload, or its a cartridge that they invented themselves.

Well fuck. I guess its time to wait for Kelgren's RMR-30 then, maybe within our lifetimes we'll be able to actually buy a Kel-tec product.
