I fondly remember the range rules of our first ZS MilCopp outing at the Cow Pie City range in Ohio:

1. Look out for the cow shit.
2. Hedgehogs are fer shootin'.
3. Seriously, don't step in the cow shit...

Looking forward to AAR's for this, gents. Have fun and be safe.

Sweet, now weather channel says barely a chance for rain. 20$ says hurricane.

Nice, they're predicting a 90% chance of rain. So, wear shorts and Hawaiian shirts because it will probably be 75* and fair.

Anyway, RAIN GEAR bring it. We do have some covered areas but not a lot.

I know it doesn't mean much, but it looks like its suppose to rain tonight and tomorrow should be nice and warm. But the forecast has changed everyday this week. Regardless, looking forward to tomorrow!

LULZ, Omega is right, the forecast has changed again. 60% of rain overnight and 64* sunshine tomorrow. SC, if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes.

I'm going with a speedo. Plus an appropriate gunbelt, of course.

Forget the gunbelt, just tuck it in. :D

ETA: On second thought, NO! This will not turn into a tactical underwear class. Put something else on.

So, the Milcopp class kicked total ass today. Huge thanks to Doc66, Dave_m, and Regular Guy for setting up some top-notch training. It was great meeting everyone and hopefully after a few more beers and a Tylenol PM the pain will subside :D

I honestly didn't believe the class was going to be as much fun as it was. This was my first time taking any kind of shooting class. I learned a lot, and I want to do it again. Everyone who attended was super cool. Big thanks to Doc and Dave for the instruction, and R.G. for setting the whole thing up.

Thanks all, we had a good time as well. Despite challenges, we made it work! It's too bad we couldn't use the "Cooper Range," I would have like to done some 180 shooting.

If someone posts an AAR, could you start it in a new thread? Thanks! Sorry no pics for this class, we were busy, and forgot to take any!

I just wanted to say thanks to Doc and Dave for the class and Regular Guy for setting everything up and letting us use the range. Despite the problems we had leading up to the class and the restrictions associated with it, I think I got more then my moneys worth. Doc and Dave are great instructors and showed me a lot of areas where I need to improve and pointed out a lot of new techniques that I will have to work on. I look forward to the next one.

Please view and post your AAR here. Please be fair and critical, I need input on what worked and didn't from my end.

Well, looks like the Mid Carolina Rifle range is going to let MIlCopp Tactical use their range officially, I just got our approval email and so the next class might be less restrictive....
