Whole movie is fantastic. The scene with the Little Birds stands out, I think, but if I had to point to one, it's SFC Shughart and MSGT Gordon defending Super Six-Four. Gets me every time.
I also liked the "Behind the scenes/making of" the movie. The actors that played the young Rangers went to a mini-bootcamp where they had to get up at the crack of dawn for PT and humped a ruck around everywhere. The actors that played Delta just hung out with the SF guys, riding around in sandrails, shooting machineguns and blowing shit up.
It's not what you say anymore. It's how you say it.
The two music pieces "The Ecstasy of Gold" and "The Trio" made that scene what is was. Loved the mournful sound of the trumpet.
Of course. Purely brilliant.
But of the "Man With No Name" trilogy endings I gotta go with my favorite of the three, the duel from the end of "For a Few Dollars More"........

Not sure if this exactly counts as a gun scene. Ship-mounted lasers can still be called "guns", though. Either guns or cannons. Anyways,
Edit: Forgot to say why this is my favorite. I, like dark helmet, am also surrounded by assholes. Unfortunately, unlike dark helmet, these assholes are not under my command. Still working on that one...
2nd Edit: To clarify, when I say I'm surrounded by assholes I don't mean you guys. I mean the people I interact with in my daily life. I guess I'm a bit antisocial
3rd Edit: Seeing as most people aren't posting 'humorous' gun scenes, I'll fire up FRAPS and record something from one of my action movies.
Then all I have to do is hope YT doesn't flag me with copyright infringement.

Best way to win a fight: Not fight at all.
Best way to not fight: Don't ask me, I just lost one yesterday
The magic of the final showdown on the Good Bad and the Ugly, is the fact that the whole movie builds towards this point, and the constant editing, hands moving towards the butts of guns, long shots, cut with super tight closeups of eyes looking from one to the other...
Awesome shootout, and while not technically exact or action packed, it makes up for it simply by being so damn badass...
The scenes leading up to it really give it the best context. "To hell with me, with you, with everything."
Edit: Tried the "embed" option, but it didn't work. It's the last scene from Michael Mann's "Thief" with James Caan. Sorry if someone beat me to this already. I can't view the links since I'm at work right now.
Holy shit that WAS good. I've seen it before but not recently because last time I tried to watch it on Netflix Instant the damned audio was screwed up: sound effects only, no dialog!
Val Kilmer's stance was actually pretty good (nice and aggressive, leaning forward) and pretty much everybody was doing a good job of firing from the shoulder and using their sights. I even saw a reload! From 1:54 to 2:30, cutting to and from, must have taken him a while to find his mag wherever it was hidden under his suit! That's the one thing I wonder about when I see these high round count heist films, is where are the dudes keeping all the mags they must go through?
BTW watching that scene with a thunderstorm outside is like having the best stereo ever.
