Picked up a Ghost "Forward" Glock slide stop from the LGS yesterday. Looks like it should allow much easier manipulation than the flat original piece, especially when shooting left handed. Got some other go-fast parts in the mail, probably wait to install them all until the 22TCM9R kits get released in early May (hopefully).

Ordered myself a .264 lbc/Grendel barrel from BHW. Gonna make me a light weight hunter! I'm shopping for Carbon Fiber stuff right now.

Its been wild lately. Still feeling some birthday love. My kids and wife bought me a Marlin 336 Youth, which was is 1 of the only 2 Marlin levers that I have any interest in. Got a Heritage 22 from my favorite Uncle and 325 Federal Bulk Box. I guess 40 is a big deal. I don't feel 40. I feel like a 10 yr old with all this loot!
Got more parts for my 6.5 Grendel. Got my Carbon Fiber FF TUbe, BCG, LPK, ALG Trigger, Scope mount, and mags. Just need a slick side PSA upper and scope. ...and my barrel., But that will be another 2 months.

New Smith & Wesson M&P-10, camoflague version. Shoots .308 Winchester (not limited only to 7.62x51mm NATO, can handle the higher pressure stuff).

More ammo than my wife thinks I need right now...
Those dang sales at PSA are killing my wallet! A fair bit of 62 gr 5.56 barrier blind "reverse drawn open tip match" (definitely NOT hollow points as far as the Geneva Convention is concerned), some of the 130gr SOST .308 that I'm gonna try to test this weekend if it ever stops raining, a few boxes of that Sellier & Belloit (spelling?) .45 ACP for range use and now, in addition to more tasty 5.56, some more 300BLK brass:
http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.ph ... 0ct-1.html
I still have a couple hundred cases left to reload from my factory 300BLK brass but this is too good a deal to pass up. We'll see how it mic's out...

Put a poly SKS on layaway today. Even the stock number matches. Does not have a bayonet, but it is in pretty good shape. Deal is ok, about the going rate for the guns these days.

Just now ordered Magpul flip-up sights (front and rear) in OD green for the rifle. Looking forward to shooting it and getting it sighted in!Neptune Glory wrote:New Smith & Wesson M&P-10, camoflague version. Picked up an XD9 for the wife, along with a few boxes of training & defense ammo. She wanted to make sure she has her own weapon to train on for her CCW re-qual coming up this fall. Next on the list, more ammo & a KSG.

Found a guy who was moving and needed to unload a bunch of his ammo.
450 Federal 5.56 55 grain, loose
300 Federal 5.56 62 grain green tip, boxed in 10-round stripper clips
450 Federal/Winchester .40 S&W target ammo
225 Remington .40 S&W 155 grain HP
$325. Pretty good deal I thought.
