Holster for Glock 35 that protects the muzzle?
Hi guys.
I have a Glock 35 and several holsters. I really like serpa holsters because of the locking system, but they don't protect the muzzle. Had the same issue with a Beretta I had, several times on a camping trip I hit the muzzle on a rock when I sat down without thinking about the gun on my hip. On my Glock it is an even bigger issue since the barrel is longer. Is there any "serpa-style" holsters that covers the entire front end of the G34/35?
I did use the search option but didn't find anything helpful.

I would suggest that you take a look at an inside the waistband holster. Check out anything from Crossbreed bolsters.
Enjoy

Safariland 6004 might. I have one for my Glock 34 with TLR and the bottom is covered.

I don't see anything in a serpa style. What if you epoxy an extension with some formed kydex . Might not look too beautiful , but it would get the job done.

I just got an IWB holster from a company called Gearcraft for my Glock 26. I have read a lot of positive reviews about them and after three intensive days of using and wearing it -I am impressed. It looks great, it fully covers the pistol, it holds the pistol very solidly and allows an adequate grip. I suspect the 35 is bigger than the 26 but all of their pictures show full coverage. Here is their website: http://gearcraftholsters.com/

The G35 is identical to the 34 except for being a .40 cal. I don't think it would be very comfortable wearing such a big and thick gun IWB? It's a full inch longer than a G17. Will look into those other options, thank you for your inputs

Safariland 6378. Better retention method than serpa, better release, better material, and available to fully cover.

Gearcraft looks really good, even without the serpa-style retention!
Need to check if it is possible to import it to norway. Thanks a lot for the link!
Safariland also looks great for standard range use, but I already have a kydex holster that I like for that purpose. Don't remember the brand so I will have to check.
