Threaded Barrel! It was all the rage in the last thread.
I carried a p226 and two 20 round mags for about a year... that's like 38 pounds of gear. Now it's just a g19 and a 17 back up mag on me. I dunno, I carry at 5 or 2 oclock. I wear a tshirt and a button up short sleeve on top of that. It works.Vicarious_Lee wrote:No I'm working on that. It's out of the closet and next to me right now. And how can you conceal that shit? You're like a size zero, you skinny bitch. That Glock is not fitting under your babydoll tees.

I ccw the same way, although considering my bulk, I could probably get away with a non AOWed pistol grip pump.
Eta If I ever find a NAA .22lr for cheap I will build a holster that will allow me to ccw behind my beard.

Just for shits and giggles, I carried my G35 with TLR1 for a few days. Tried a few different positions, and mexican style was the best.

Re: Firearms Chat: RTF TB edition
The Glocks looks awesome TLO. Looks really agressive with that flat point on the iron. I would agree on skipping the undercut on the trigger guard, I really wish I hadn't done it on hindsight, it altered the feel of the grip angle in an undesirable fashion. The grip chop is money though, I did it more for magazine interchangeability than anything, but it made carrying it noticeably more comfortable. "Meh" level difference in concealment though.
Redeyes, a beard holster would be awesome. Nobody would ever expect it.

I have to say you're playing with fire by carrying a Glock (or anything for that matter) "Mexican Carry".Assault Life wrote:Just for shits and giggles, I carried my G35 with TLR1 for a few days. Tried a few different positions, and mexican style was the best.

Took a gander at an EZ9 today. The zastava made sig lookalike. This particular gun had a (SHINY SHINY) stainless slide and was ported. I have to say I am a bit smitten.

Picked up a new rifle last week. Swedish Mauser action with a bull+ barrel, match trigger, simmons 6-24x50 scope on a Boyd hardwood lam thumbhole stick with a muzzle break close to the size of a soda can for $400 out the door.

Nah, that is ok man. I have to buy the gun first. I think a NAA .22lr would be one of the few guns that would work due to the low weight and small size. When I find one for a screaming deal then I will get the holster built.Gingerbread Man wrote:Holy shit rtf, I will pay you to make a kydex bread holster for Redeyes. The main problem with this holster will be mounting it. A couple tactical barrette clips or a couple leather or paracord thongs might be the way to go.

Needs a review. The idea of a bolty that takes commonly available mags is genius.Assault Life wrote:Just picked up a Ruger American in .22lr.

I dunked a bitch's head in a bucket of ice water one time when she was OD-ing on Xanax. Worked great, but there was a LOT of paperwork afterward.

Re: Firearms Chat: Stipple that, home edition
those guys who did the Johnny Cash "Cut you down" video (did a second video which you probably saw in the last chat thread) also did a third video:

anywhooo...I must be a retard now with the new YouTube format. I sent them (glin1216) a PM to ask about their steel targets in the second video, but now I can't figure out how to get back to my inbox to even check if they replied.
