Re: What have you bought in the last 48 hours?(firearms rela

I have not bought anything firearms related in a very long time , but today i checked out a new gun store in town and walked out with a set of midlength Magpul MOE handguards and MOE illumination kit . Already tossed them on my Ar and so far I like them a lot . No big deal , but it made me happy . :D

Re: New Toy CAI Golani Sportster

Since I have been lusting after a Galil since I became interested in guns and a real IMI is insanely expensive , I have considered taking the plunge on a Golani for a while now .

Re: Agency issued handguns?

The Glock 22 was suddenly found to be unreliable for the Milwaukee PD and they switched to the Smith M&P .

Coincidentally this happened shortly after the arrival of a new Chief whose previous job was in Springfield Mass. Home of Smith & Wesson .

Re: show off your remington 870 12ga

The 590 I used to have had a TacStar sidesaddle . I never really trusted it to hold shells brass down . I got the Mesa for my 870 it it is a heck of a lot nicer , but I am keeping it brass up out of habit I guess .

To be honest though , I have never run it hard enough to know if it really matters .

Stingers were the only round that fed 100 % through the Beretta 21A I used to own (referred to in certain circles as an "ear gun" )

Re: New ASP Talon disc-lock baton

I carry a 21in ASP Sentry at work . I like it fine , but have been considering upgrading to a regular friction lock ASP .

If this proves to be a durable design , I definitely see myself getting a Talon instead .

Again I must say the Enlan EL-02 cannot be beat. Especially for $18 bucks delivered. http://i1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa422/bluesilkribbon/2012-06-06233907.jpg I finally got one and have been carrying it every day for a few weeks . Re: Anyone have an AR-180B?

Shot one a couple of times . Nice enough . All in all I would rather have an AR , but the 18ob will certainly do the job . They do take STANAG mags and ACE Ltd makes a sidefolder , which is something I would probably get as it does give it one advantage over an AR . Stormwerkz also make a lot of rai...
