I am very impressed by the organization of everything. I am guilty of saving a lot of stuff I may be able to reuse, but mine is just tossed in boxes!!

Re: Driveway chain or cable?

So looking at my setup the only way in/out without chainsawing trees or doing some really serious offroading (multiple fences and ditchline) is up a 10' by 900' driveway. My current plan for a bug in is to just chainsaw a big tree down but that wuld be a pain to remove when needed. So i am looking ...

Go to user control panel. the link is upper left corner under board index. Then go to profile, then edit account settings. And that should do it. hope that helps.

Re: Lets talk training for a minute!!

As far as the DIY tactical training is concerned I will make one comment. SLOW THE FUCK DOWN! If you are doing it on your own and don't have the benefit of knowing someone that has had live stuff come at them to tell you this it is easy to get caught up in the speed and the action during training. ...

Re: Lets talk training for a minute!!

Maybe clearing the trailer every day with Cletus is better than having a tactical nose-picking class ten years ago. Some people can't afford to go to fancy training schools, but they may have resources in their circle that can bring them up to speed. Training recently and often is just as important...

Lets talk training for a minute!!

I know there is a " what level of medical training" thread on the board, But i'm curious as to what type of Tactical training people on here have, and how do you keep your skills sharp. I'm talking legitimate training , not me and Cletus, and billy bob get all dressed up and clear my moms trailer ho...

Re: Whats the big frigen deal?

who would you notice first walking down the street, someone dressed in regular street clothing, the tactical mall ninja or a naked guy with an AK. Well that would depend entirely on your areas demographic. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2 Good point, lets say midday on main street may...

Re: Whats the big frigen deal?

That was sarcasm, meant to suggest that there is no support for such a claim; that his argument was meritless. Personally, I don't put any thought into how I will look if/when I'm bugging out. When our lives are on the line, I will be focused on my training, not my clothing. who would you notice fi...

Re: Whats the big frigen deal?

But seriously.. Looking tactical and showing a lot of expensive gear and equipment makes you a bigger target, blending in and looking like every other joe blow on the street makes you less of a target. just my 2 cents Citation? Personal experiance. Lived through many societal collapses have you? HA...

Re: Whats the big frigen deal?

Since I don't plan on bugging out, unless my house burns down or the Zombie hordes break thru my fortress ( read chain link fence) . I haven't given it much thought on what i buy or wear, I usually Buy for durability and usefulness. But I figure if I have to bug out I have my urban Camo ready to go....
