Yes I would. No qualifiers? Even if you were called upon to put down the rebellion against joining the US to Canada and Mexico making the North American Alliance, but without our Constitution? /edited for spelling and grammar. I was approaching it from more of a general standpoint. I'm not saying I...

I voted high reliability.

Accuracy can be compensated for with follow-up shots.

Re: When is it ok for a public servant to quit??

New Orlean cops left the city after the storm hit. Are they just family men that wanted to get their family to safety because they saw a breack down in order coming or are they cowards that should be jailed for leaving their post? I don't think it's safe to push one answer or the other - individual...

Re: Stiarwell showdown.

Ok you are in a situation like in Dawn of theDead '04 where you are temoarally Temporarily trapped at the top of a stairwell staring down 20 or so fast moving zeds. In the movie they had shotguns and some semi auto pistols. What would you use as your weapon in that situation? A fire hose. Push a vi...

Anyone in the St.Louis/Chesterfield area know of any KM instructors/classes? I did some searching online a month or so ago and found nothing...figured it might be smart to just ask here, not everyone is on the Internet after all. This might not be an entirely comprehensive list, but for official sc...

Is there such a thing as an IWB and OWB holster? I keep reading about "tuckable" holsters - can an IWB holster be carried OWB reliably?

Medeco locks offer a higher level of security than nearly all other home locks. That being said, some Medeco's can still be bumped, but it's much harder to do. The best protection, IMHO, is to install a medeco lock but then attach a Kwikset faceplate, viola' anyone that tries to bump it will fail m...

Re: 'bump'-keys...

Couldn't find where this had been talked about before, but not a bad thing to have in a BOB, of course, i don't advocate using these in anything other than a full-blown ZPAW or eotwawaki scenario when you will have to forage for supplies in an urban environment. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...

Re: I've got my CCW - advice needed please!

what would you folks recommend for a concealed weapon? If you're even remotely considering a Glock , the GlockTalk forums had some helpful information for me in regard to CCW issues, gun comparisons for CCW and other related info. I used a combination of ZS and GT to get lots of opinions/ideas on w...

Not unless you have special tools. Go to gunsmith and they'll quote you an install price.

I might get one just so I can do a personal comparison between the glock and the colt .45 ACP other than the colt shooting a bigger round...I really want to see what all the hub bub is about the Glock NIB at local dealers in my area I've seen $485 lowest to $600+ highest. ...

go with a set of night sights and a streamlight M6 (weaponlight with laser)... Is it pretty easy to install night sights? I've never done it before...seems like it might be tricky getting things lined up. I'm assuming that you remove the existing, stock sights in place of the night sights...right?

... Simply killer holster, its very STIFF and absolutely badass on the quickdraw. I've been thinking about getting an OWB that is also adequate for CCW just so I have the option of both (AZ is an open carry state). Over time I'll amass a "drawer of holsters" just like everyone else, but I'd like an...

You gonna get a tactical light for it? I'm still reading up these. I'm not sure if I should go night sights only, night sights + light, or light only. I figure the majority of the times that I'm at risk for being attacked are at night, so some kind of supplement for low light is going to be importa...
