Re: Life after Death

I said POSSIBLY. In all honesty I should've said Next Friday cause that's when I plan on getting more up. Give me time folks, I'm trying to get my classes fixed. Damn school system forgot to get me registered for my Cisco exams, so I can't take the exams that are worth like 90% of my grade until it ...

Re: I need some help tracking down spare mags.

No, neither of those had the mags I'm looking for. To be honest it's REALLY hard to find these for some reason.

Savage.com has them, but they're currently out of stock, or at least they were yesterday when I looked.

I need some help tracking down spare mags.

So far, I've been to Cabela's and Cheaper Than Dirt and both places have either been out of, or waaaay to expensive for mags for my Savage 64F.

If anyone could point me to a mag that doesn't cost more than $15, I'd appreciate it.

Re: Life after Death

Ta da! I can hold to my promises after all! More soon, possibly Friday. The ride back was quiet, and peaceful for a change. I don’t think anyone missed Zach all too much, least of all me and Austin. Before long we saw the house and fields and pulled in for the night. Dinner was Spam, fried with a bi...

Re: Life after Death

Short update on where I stand with internet: I contacted the local internet providers and one of them is actually thinking about running the lines to the rest of our area, so hopefully soon. Or I might just say hell with it and get a wireless connect card. Either way I have been working on story an...

Re: Life after Death

New reader here, and all caught up. I'd like to say that the story is well written and well paced. Also, did your idea for the Stalker/Leaper zombies come from the Hunters in Left 4 Dead? That is what I envision every time they have a scene in your story. That said... Moar? They're a mix between th...

Re: Life after Death

 Calm down, I'm not done yet. Semester is ending soon and I have a lot of work on my plate if I want to pass these classes with anything other than D's, so story may be delayed for up to a week or so. Calming down now. :) Good luck with your classwork. Hopefully getting some good final grades ...

Kathy, don't let one rotten little troll ruin your zest for this story. Please continue with it, since I have enjoyed what I have read so far and think it is quite well done. Dax, I am warning you once and ONLY ONCE. Your post was uncalled for and cowardly and I will be watching this thread careful...

Re: Life after Death

Ok, it's been decided. I'm gonna write another section or two until we get to a point which me and Shoe discussed earlier. After that, it'll be back to the switch off for a couple stories, then back to me. Shoe's still working on getting internet, but it's not easy for him. Bear with us folks, we ha...

Note regarding cattails: Make sure you cook them ALL THE WAY THROUGH! They aren't dangerous, but are hard as hell to digest if you don't roast them thoroughly. Think perfect baked potato, you want the ENTIRE inside to be kinda mushy and easily molds with a fork. If it's hard still even in the very c...

I was originally planning on making his death more.....dramatic, or at least more awesome/funny, but that's how it turned out.

Shoe, if you want to wait, I can pull another update out of me, but this one may take a bit. Gimme a holler tomorrow.

I clicked it expecting a Rick Roll. These folks are really good! I wouldn't do that to ya. Baby. Speaking of a zombie anthemn, this is what you need: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kTjHSN4EcQ" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; That almost sounded like Ozzy for a minute there, both song...

Shit! The story got completely erased! I have to start all over from scratch! . . . . . . . . . . . . Fooled ya. :P The next morning saw us awake at the crack of dawn. We all looked really haggard from our week long stint in Austin’s basement. The worst for wear was Amy, her “illness” was acting up ...

Gonna be short, and I have to do a quick 500 word essay for school tomorrow before I finish anything. Expect my story in about 3-4 hours.

Nice!... but damn, get an extra key in a magnet box on your frame somewhere  I'd advise against those, they are bloody horrible. Most of the time if they are left on over winter, the salt from the road will end up ruining them, either by corroding the case or getting on the magnet and screwing...

Guys, having a bit of computer trouble. Someone seems to have spammed me a ton of viruses and I'm having trouble getting them out.

Will probably have it sent in for a deep clean and then it should be fixed. I'll probably have story up by this weekend, but don't count on it.

Just to get another opinion here on the game, is there anyone else out here who still plays it and can offer any insight as to how good it is/where the problems lie and if they said anything about fixing the issues with the game?

I have a kit filled with the following for camping: 4 egg carton firestarters (will post how those are made later), roughly a sandwich bag filled with dryer lint, a whole pair of pants worth of charred cloth, and several books of matches. The charred cloth is difficult to make right. You have to ens...
