I'm not thinking warlords so much as maybe "fuck man, we haven't heard from command in XX days, let's just keep doing what we were told and hope nobody figures it out"

Anybody else thinking maybe the military isn't so military anymore? Like maybe they're using the uniforms to convince the people they've "corralled" into thinking there's still an active government etc? Just a thought I had...

Re: Fear The Walking Dead
I want to know why Travis feels the way he does about guns? He seems like the government will take care of us kinda guy. Not sure. I don't want to delve into the political, but growing up in California as I did, there was a stigma attached to them there. I don't know that his character is a native ...

Re: Fear The Walking Dead
Ok, I am digging this spin off simply based on it finally being something that shows the sh*t hitting the fan and not being something where it takes place after everything is already "over with". I really liked tonight's episode.

Picked up an XD9 for the wife, along with a few boxes of training & defense ammo. She wanted to make sure she has her own weapon to train on for her CCW re-qual coming up this fall. Next on the list, more ammo & a KSG.

Just landed a full time job with Metal Supermarkets as a delivery driver. Good-bye Pizza Hut, and Film Biz, we'll still be acquaintances, but I won't be seeing as much of ya.

As far as tonight's episode.... https://s3.grouponcdn.com/images/site_images/2047/8607/59a408b5ef_medium.jpg I'm trying to figure out if what Carol was saying is right. Can you substitute eggs in a cookie recipe with apple sauce? I'm going to have to try that out tomorrow... Yep, that's absolutely ...

Re: "Walking Dead" Cable Series
Makes me wonder why TWD folks only seem to use military-grade weapons for their longarms. Don't see any SKS's, Mosin-Nagants, M1 Garands, and so on. Lots of folks in real life have various sorts of older milsurp weapons, as well as hunting rifles, shotguns, etc, even if they're sitting somewhere ga...

Not only that, but Aaron did say they'd been watching for weeks - so he and Eric would at least know. I must have missed something.....When did Aaron say this? They were still in Atlanta 20 - 21 days ago. When they got to Wiltshire its supposed to be 17 days since Beth had died. I've no idea how ma...

Yeah this last episode was amazing from a filmmaking/technical perspective, IMHO. story wise, yeah it did seem a bit filler, a bit drawn out, etc.

Ordered a new set of adjustable camber upper control arms for the battlewagon. Left hand upper on it now is bent from something. No idea how, but it's eating tires like mad thanks to it.

So there was this demo dude in the grocery store today selling reusable warming packs from "Body Comfort" - price was right, so I bit. The things are pretty damn cool honestly. hand, foot, back, and credit card sized warmers that have a wee metal disc in them. You "pop" the disc, the liquid inside c...

Re: Polling My New Gun
I picked the 10/22, as its presence on your list suggests you don't already have a .22LR rifle, and you should if so.
I love mine. It was fun from the factory, and it's now even more fun in my ZK stock.
