Is it possible to attach a SAW ammo box to the bottom of these things?? That would make ammo transport much easier and also keep you from getting the ammo dirty if you have to go prone for some reason.

What style of clothes do you wear while doing your outreach stuff?? If you wear a baggy shirt that you may be able to conceal your vest under it that would be the best. Any kind of tight fitting clothes you wear may make it visible and people will either a)get nervous talking to you or b)anyone atta...

If zombies do come about and they are runners. We are pretty much FACKED. If they were just diseased human beings then they would probably also attack eachother in the process of infecting others. If they ignore each other and are "undead" runners then yeah we are facked. The "living" zombies that c...

Why not rope the back bumper of the pick up truck to the front bumper of the broken SUV, and leave a rider in there for steering, and braking. I know it is illegal now, but if TSHTF a traffic ticket isn't that big of a concern. +1 Tow it as far as you can to someplace you can conceal it. Take the t...

THat's because they are effective. The desert works in the sand and in an urban envrionment very well. The woodlands work great in greener stuff. When we were doing land nav out at Pendalton spoting guys anywhere was very hard to do. Even if they were moving they had to be making quick movements to ...

Looks like an AK-74, not a 47. Also, look how the gold has "rubbed off" the safety/selector switch. Not plated very well... That's an AK-47 the magazine is a dead giveaway. This is an AK-74. As you can tell the magazine has less of a curvature to it since its designed to hold a smaller caliber roun...

Hitting something as small as ankles with a slug would be harder than just shooting them in the head. Buck shot would be a better choice for this.

I like how the book explains how to make a rifle out of plumbing pipe and a piece of wood 8)

Or the grenade launcher that invovles string and a grenade. Hook string to grendade give it a QUICK twil let loose. You can thow nearly twice the distance like that.

I have a KLR650 which I consider a backup BOV to my Tacoma 4x4. I would consider a motorcycle as a first choice only if I had a fully stocked secondary location already in place which I don't(but working on). The KLR is great and it's cheap. I would also like a Vstrom for a similar purpose. The BMW...

Being my paranoid self, they have no ammo in their guns. My significants others of course do have loaded guns hidden on them. Yup you can have all the food on that helicopter. If they are driven by hunger then most likley they will just drop the hostages and walk toward the incoming helicopters. If I had a shotgun it would be shooting for the knees depending on the ammo i'm using. You get diffrent pellet counts depending on the type of Buckshot you use (using birdshot would be useless as they don't have very good penetration at all). Slugs I'm shooting centermass or headshot. the chance of ...
