One thing I have noticed...the local news sources sucked for Katrina and they are even worse now. Getting any useful news/information from the local TV & newspaper sites is damn near impossible. The coverage locally is vaporous and devoid of useful never mind time content. I seem to get a better ma...

You can purchase and emotional support holster. https://www.savoyleather.com/product/emotional-support/ To truly feel free you will need one with an American Flag. Just cross out the stars of the states on the flag you feel have more restrictive gun laws than Sweden. https://www.savoyleather.com/pro...

The US is buying more WTI directly to fill the SPR at low prices. The problem is they are going to run out of places to put it. When that happens oil could go as low as $10 a barrel. If that happens Canada and the UK's oil industries are likely to go completely under. There is now also talk of US Go...

Re: Are we prepared for this?

Some great replies in this thread. My family (wife and two teenagers) watch the news and keep up to date with developments but thay have never asked "do we have enough food?" My wife did ask if I have any extra TP stashed anywhere (that's in addition to the stuff she knows about) ... Mine either. M...

Cleaned a pistol and a carbine. Tomorrow I'll clean another carbine, two pistols and load a couple 30 round mags for the carbine as reloads for the mag kept on the firearm. I'll clean 2-3 fire arms everyday this week. If you need to clean more guns you can come by my place and I'll let you clean so...

AT least here in LA I don't believe the reports that we don't have a food shortage. If nothing else we definitely have a food supply chain problem. Shelves are not getting restocked like reports here say. I think they are just trying to keep the populace from freaking out. But I'm a skeptic so who ...

NT2C3PO can double check, but the secure/not secure has a lot to do with images. If people link images without http s it'll report as non secure. When you quote or reply, most images are depreciated . :) Fish face speaks the truth. There's a lot of factors that go into making a page "secure". :rofl...

In practicality the answer is no. In reality you do not want to be the guy that gets locked up for violating a quarantine. Jail is about the worst possible place to be right now.

An employee at the Medical Center pharmacy at Redstone Arsenal has tested positive for the virus. I can't even begin to tell you how bad this. Big meeting at the hospital today. Forget what I said earlier about the older physicians being involved in patient care, if the patient goes in to the hospital they are getting assigned to a hospitalist. Your local policies may vary but if you are in the Huntsville Hospital system that is how it is....
