I can go up to 5.5 inches for fixed blade carry, so I could edc all but the 6.

Bug out Urban: Glock 17/19. SBR Draco
Bug out Country: DDM4. Glock 17/19

Wifes setup would mirror mine except for the SBR AK. She sould use a pistol AR for Urban

Water Storage

What is everyone in the West TX area doing for water storage? I'm always hearing about these great deals on 55 gallon drums and 250 gallon tanks, but do we have anything locally (within a 2 hour drive) that anyone knows about? My ideal hope is to have around 500 gallons on hand in bulk, plus all the...

Re: Future Drako SBR question...

Yes it was because it was a pistol. The Draco's (at least the one I have) came with an undrilled underfolder trunnion, which just has a solid piece of steel for the back of the trunnion. Since the steel is so thick there you can just buy the Ace folding mechanism and stock, drill and tap the back of...

Re: Future Drako SBR question...

And hell, if it fails, I'm out $70 and at least I'll know whether or not I like the setup and save for the Aimpoint H1 in the long run. I just don't want to spend almost $500 on an optic that I may or may not like (though I think it will be bitchin') As long as it co-witnesses Id say your GTG, even...

Re: Future Drako SBR question...

Put your bibs on.... Call me crazy but why does the receiver look so much more worn than the rest of the gun? You are looking at brand new fancy american aluminum next to Romanian surplus steel with Romanian workmanship. Still the finish looks quite worn, as if they used the gun for a while and the...

Re: XS sight system vs Other night sights on Kimber

All my pistols have either Warren Tacticals or Big Dots, except one that has Trijicons...which I hate. The Warrens have to have a holster with a bit of a sight hood (I carry appendix) cause their a bit sharp. The Warrens have good edges for one hand manipulations, are quick to pick up due to the des...

Had one, brough it home, loaded it up and the mag fell out. Tried again and again but the mag would not catch. Took it back to the gun shop and they worked on it a while, after they finally gave up they gave me a deal on a Berette 92, which I later traded for a Glock 19.
