this guy could be charged w/attempted murder. here in my home the is a charge called 'going armed with intent'. automatic 5 years and it is a felony to boot.

i think that this guy fucked up and i hope he has a good laywer.

Good quality city maps seem to be hard for me to find. AAA maps (road maps) seem to be the 'best' availible thing. Anything real good, would probably be expensive or gov't only.
