Re: Looking for a new .380 pocket pistol.

I have a Gen 1 Ruger LCP. I'm pretty good with it out to 25 yards even though I bought it for bad breath range.

Nice and light and easy to carry either in a Fobus paddle holster or a pocket holster. It is not my EDC but when the situation calls for discrete concealment the LCP is perfect.

Re: ZS Presents: How to Build Your Bug Out Bag (B.O.B.)

I have B.O.B at home, but carry a small bag of essentials to and from work each day. If S does HTF, I'll most likely be a good distance from home. I carry a knife, fire, light, first aid and personal hygiene items, Ruger LCP, spare eyeglasses, paracord, a little food and a bottle of water. I use thi...

Over what distance is that target?
If memory serves, about 25 yards and the target was swaying side to side.

Re: Puracyn/Vetericyn Wound and Skin Care Spray

The only advantages to this product might be any shelf-stability improvements, and having it pre-made meaning it is more time-efficient to apply, and you don't have to weigh or measure components to ensure you get the correct solution yourself. Which would make it it good to have in a BOB, your veh...

Re: Puracyn/Vetericyn Wound and Skin Care Spray

It seems expensive, but a little goes a long way with the spray bottle.

As I posted above, I used it on a kitten with "diaper rash". She cleared up fast.

I've yet to try it on myself. Some pet supply sites have reviews also.

Puracyn/Vetericyn Wound and Skin Care Spray

Puracyn has been shown in studies to kill bacteria, viruses and fungal spores - including MRSA - within 30 seconds of exposure. My Ruger LCP isn't happy with Tulammo. I think it only likes to eat ammo made in the U.S.A.

I'd better get shopping. I have little over 300 rounds of non .22 ammo on hand. I have about the same amount of .22.

Just shot up 200+ rounds at the range yesterday.

Target Practice

40 rounds through my JR Carbine in 9MM using the Magpul back up sights. Freezing temps killed my red dot sight's battery so I had use Plan B.
Range 25 yards, semi-rapid fire. All rounds down range in about a minute.
