I have to agree on this type of laundry detergent. I make it both dry and "wet", and use the wet mixture as a pre soak on the more ground in stains....excellent!!!

Tomcat1066....you mentioned Albany PD....I just have to ask this.... You don't know DPTaylor by any chance do you??? But in regards to the conversation at hand, at the PD I work at we no longer hold inmates, they go to the county jail, but we do have 5 cells that are still in good working condition....
