Underwear: What is the best to have for everyday/bugging out
http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/en/pid1209291-001 when i went to afghanistan i wore regular hanes boxer briefs. sucked, living in the same pair of clothes you'd get, well, lets just say you get uncomfortable. my friend told me to buy myself some under armor ones. never looked back. i feel like i...

Re: AAR Milcopp Pistol Course in Columbia, SC
My AAR: Equipment: H&K P30 DAO 40 S&W with 13 round mags, Surefire G2X Tactical, and Raven Concealment Systems holsters for everything. The class was great. I’ve had some instruction in the past, but nothing like this. It was nice to get on an outdoor range without all of the rules and regulations y...

Re: Pistol Training Day with Don of Milcopp in SC Jan. 27th
I just wanted to say thanks to Doc and Dave for the class and Regular Guy for setting everything up and letting us use the range. Despite the problems we had leading up to the class and the restrictions associated with it, I think I got more then my moneys worth. Doc and Dave are great instructors a...

Forget the gunbelt, just tuck it in.TDW586 wrote:I'm going with a speedo. Plus an appropriate gunbelt, of course.

ETA: On second thought, NO! This will not turn into a tactical underwear class. Put something else on.

Pistol Training Day with Don of Milcopp in SC Jan. 27th
With just over 36 hours to go, I thought I would ask a few last minute questions. Doc: Do you prefer cash or check for the remainder of the cost? RG: Are we still good for the $5 for targets and stands? Do we have a meeting place other then the range gate and are we still down for 8am? Also, I'm gon...

RG, I noticed on the web page for the range they have specific rules for each range. I haven't looked at them to know if there is a difference but, to cover our bases, do you know which range we will be shooting on?

A couple of new pointy things made from pry bars
Now, I don't know much about knife making and I understand why you did it but, the space between the handle and the blade looks a little thin to be prying anything with. Seems like it would either snap or bend. But you may not have had that in mind when you designed it. Other then that, it looks rea...

Applying for C&R FFL03 License: Easy and Fast
Do you have a reference point for this? I have my C&R and everyone you ask tells you a different story. Some say you do, some say you don't. (f) Firearms receipt and disposition by licensed collectors. Each licensed collector shall enter into a record each receipt and disposition of firearms curios...

Nice pistol. I have not held a pistol that felt better in my hands. Took a while but I picked up one slightly used. Question: does yours have the infamous right slide release rattle? Mine does and it bugs the hell out of me. The Hk worshiper fanboys on Hkpro say "meant to be that way" or "it doesn'...

Also, Raven updated my order to 'printed' which I think means they are ready to charge me and put my printed order on a stack this high... The raven I received two months about was in my hands about two weeks after the printed date. A lot faster then the first one I ordered. So you may have i...

So I'm in for the $5 sticks and targets. Also, I have two 24 packs of .5 L left over hurricane water I need to get rid of and a big cooler to put it all in so I will be bringing that with me. If anyone wants someplace to keep their lunch cold there should be more than enough room.

USMC RAT Hot Weather Boots So, I've been looking at these boots for some time to go with a multicam uniform but thought they were only made by Danner and didn't have the $340 to drop on them. Then I came across this: http://www.afmo.com/Wellco_USMC_R_A_T_Hot_Weather_Combat_Boots_p/752-00105.htm" onc...

I just turned 21. H&K P30.
That's the thing with HKs. Once you get them broken in they run like champs. I was wondering if you had ever switched back to the 115 to see if you were still having problems. My P30 is a 40 and I never had a problem with the 165 grain bullets. But everyone I've talked to with 9s has run into your p...

I was just wondering if you had put any more low weight ammo through now that its running a little better.

Sadly just retail. No connections, but no one else could beat the $12.95/box for 40 S&W in my area.Mister Dark wrote:Also, was it just the retail side, or do you "know people" there at PSA? I need to stock up on practice 9mm.

Kinda funny story. I had my father pick up the ammo from PSA for me as that was the cheapest place I could get it from. Walk into the house yesterday and he says in front of the whole family, "don't forget all that ammo in the garage for your shooting spree."
