Re: Tavor Mods and Timney trigger review
No.. I was having another issue with it.. the kind of issue that I call and scream at them at, and they freak out and beg me not to tell anyone about.

Re: Tavor Mods and Timney trigger review
I got a little sidetracked with life, and had an issue with the trigger that required me to send it back to Timney for replacement. As soon as I get it back I will post a shooting vid and some pics.

Re: Firearms Chat Part 2: Bullpups cause all the rage!
Agreed. the HL in a house is WAY to much light and you get blinded by back splash off even cream white walls.

Re: Firearms Chat Part 2: Bullpups cause all the rage!
On the topic of how much light is to much light... I have a TLR 1HL and a regular TLR 1.. I the HL on my 19 for a very specific reason.. EVEN THOUGH the night shooting classes I took with Milcopp showed me that it was a bad idea to clear a house with that much light. I plan on getting Crypto to help...

Re: Leatherman MUT File mod
I can't even begin to count the tools I have had to toss because the wire cutters got trashed.
And while I have never had to use the bolt override for its intended function, it does one hell of a job prying off hubcaps and disconnecting transmission linkages.

Re: Leatherman MUT File mod
Really neat, skillfully done modification. I'm in awe. Just out of interest, if you're not actually carrying a rifle all day, why did you choose the MUT for EDC over a Charge or Wave? The selection of tools on the MUT seems a bit... arbitrary without an AR15-type rifle to go along with it. T...

Leatherman MUT File mod
I have had my MUT for years now, and carry it ever single day. I feel seriously naked without it. The only thing that I wish Leatherman did was ditch the useless bronze scrape tool and put a file on it. After thinking about it a while I decided to just do it myself and hope for the best. The first v...

You cant see it in the pics, But it was offset to the left. It was awkward and stupid hard to use.Dave_M wrote:Is that just a push tailcap rhino style?

The flattop version gives you infinite options for mounting things, in any combination that you like. My setup is constantly changing and evolving.

Re: Firearms Chat Part 2: Bullpups are all the rage!
I ordered the Timney trigger pack for the Tavor Friday. Not that the stock trigger is bad, I just had some extra cash and wanted to see how much better the 4 pound timney could be. I will put the extra spring back in the stock trigger and get video and pics of a side by side comparison on accuracy a...

I finally had a malfunction with the tavor. Stuck case with the rim pulled off. Shooting silverbear that had lots of nasty white fuzz on it. I just ordered two cases of WOLF GOLD. Re: Why i don't see the point of batoning and it dangerous
Wrong tool? LOL sure...

This works well as
-a screwdriver
-a prybar
- a pick
-a hammer
and I am sure I could tie it to a stick and make an ax.
Bring it on.
