Re: Spare Key storage.

My car key has a chip in it. I had a key made at wally world, I put that in a magnetic box and stuck it in good hiding spot. I have another one of these in my EDC. Even if someone finds that it wont help much. As soon as you unlock the door the alarm goes off and if you try to use it in the ignitio...

A small 4 inch lift and some knobby tires makes a brat look awesome ...

A large rubber-band should work well then.
It should stretch far enough to reverse the pull on the anchor
It also is re-usable.

who the hell started that tradition of blurring the license plate? Seems really stupid.
Do you also cover your cars license plate with cardboard whenever you leave the house?

I may need a new rubber trans mount. I, like an idiot... noticed that mine was wearing out as well and decided that I would cut my own sheet out of some rubber to sandwich between the tranny mount and the tranny. What I didnt realize was that the tranny mount is made to bolt metal to metal, not rub...

drilling out the bolt hole in the perch is going to be a bitch. I'd suggest that you pre-drill a piece of 1/8" thick steel, cut the outer shape to what you want, bolt it in place, then weld it.
