Re: Affordable/Quality Night Vision Scope

Well, just no night vision scopes. Makes them "sniperscopes" if i remember correctly, which are a no-no. Regular night vision devices are no big deal, just not scopes.

Not sure about if i were to use night vision in conjunction with, say, an EoTech.

What to do, if you come across a hunter's blind or camp

Just remember that looting shouldn't be discussed here, don't want the mods to slap anyone in the tallywhacker.

Personally, if in a SHTF situation id avoid contact. Hunter=gun, and if they're not having any luck i don't feel like being a target of opportunity.

New holster by GunNut!

The spare mag interferes in no way whatsoever. Drawing the firearm is so quick and fluid, yet it is retained excellently. no matter the position im in, it stays put until i want to draw. This thing is very comfortable, i usually wear it whenever im home. Sitting down, standing, whatever i may be doi...

I love my Ruger MkIII hunter with the longer of the two barrels. That thing is a darned laser! So accurate that its scary.

I dont see why people have an issue with disassembly/reassembly. Its easy to me.

It is a tad bit hefty though.

So, today i was pleasantly surprised by a package from our ever-loved master of leather GunNut. Needless to say, i love my new IWB holster! I asked him to make me a IWB holster for my S&W M&P 9mm full size, and boy did he deliver! This holster just gets more and more comfortable the longer i wear it...

What have you bought in the last 48 hours?(firearms related)

http://img.tapatalk.com/d/12/10/30/putenuha.jpg Just payed for a Ruger MkIII Hunter with the 6.88 inch barrel. Have been looking for one for a good price for quite awhile, found her for 525 used, but with almost no wear on her. Shell probably end up being my pack gun for my BOB, as well as a huntin...

Yes, rechargeable, lithiums (best battery life observed with lithiums BTW) and alkalines, you can change setting on the unit to choose either battery type.

I personally love my Etrex 30. Very accurate in my experience. I use it primarily for Geocaching, and it hasnt let me down so far and all Coordinates i have recorded for caches i have placed have been spot on when people went searching for them

Recommend me a 6.8spc AR Bolt?

Went ahead and bought myself a DPMS bolt (only one i could really find in stock) as well as a couple C-Products 5rd mags and a Midlength Magpul forend. All i need now is a decent scope and a decent mount.
