BTW - If you join the military...hopefully you can run fast.......there is a lot of focus on your ability to handle PT and if you can't run in the infantry life can be miserable....

You can go ranger school as a leg and airborne is only 3 weeks and you really do not do a lot of harcore PT. Airborne is kinda slack but it is well worth it being a 5 jump chump and dawning your wings on your uni

I would take advantage of any school I can get into.

If you are in the 3rd ID, there probably be many opportunities to go to ranger school. Sniper school is kind of hard to get into and usually reserved for scout snipers, LRS platoons, and other units.......

Just some food for thought

If I had to pick, I would go with Sniper school. Airborne is ok but is a dime a dozen in the military. Ranger school is pretty cool and will teach you great small unit tactics, but I think sniper school would be more useful to me in a PAW scenario..

I have a 4-banger jeep wrangler and I am not mechanically inclined and under the hood it is very simple to work on without moving a lot of parts to change out a simple part....

By far IMHO this has been the easiest vehicle to work on......

Re: Definitely essential

you could get yourself one of those fishing rods that folds up or breaks down. Another product is the automatic fishing reel. They are small and spring activated, so you could set them up to catch fish while you clean your gun or make camp. I have a pole that I break down that stays in my Jeep and ...

I agree with you on this one....Also if I am in camp then using my vehicle to move in and out of camp is probably not a good idea anyways
