Does anyone in our chapter even read the forums for events? I don't really hear anyone talk about the forums much except in past-tense. I only knew of this thread because of the link on the Facebooks

To be on the safe side, if it's a receiver that has never been built as a rifle, yes you can built it into a pistol. A receiver can not be registered as a pistol unless its in a pistol configuration.
