Wool warm when wet alternative to fleece?

I'm looking for a warm when wet wool alternative to a fleece. I like my fleece but know it will be worthless when wet. I currently run a goretex outer with a fleece inner. Thinking about also adding a wind proof layer. [img][img][/img]][/img]]

Storing bug out bag so mice can't get it. Galvanized Steel?

Mice got into one of my stashes of MRE's. Where can I store my bugout bag where they can't get it? Was thinking galvanized steel can. Was worried it might rust my steel cased ammo and rifle stored inside of my bug out bag. Thanks!

Road flare in bob for fire starting?

How many people carry a road flare in their bob? Seems like an awesome emergency fire starter/ signaling device. I have heard that they can self ignite in vehicle trunks. What are the chances they will self exnite in my bob? Should I just carry 2 large flares?
