Jor-el, thats the kind of thing I was looking for. I know that there are other advancements for smalls arms, I'm just not familiar with them. I just feel like there are only so many ways you can improve on the same basic premise. As for cost, I know that it is the main thing holding back armor tech...

Change is spurred by necessity, so if your super suit was no be wide spread people would soon adapt around it. The reason bullet tech has stayed the same is for two major reasons. One, there isn't much need to, as a .308 from WWII will put as much a hole in you today as then, as well as a the logist...

Ok, so I went to all 4 gun shops in my area, and none of them carry Colts :!: , one has some striped lowers and kits, 280 for the lower, and... 80 for the kit? Bushmaster m4-gerys are everywhere, best price is 950 for one with the carry handle, 850 used and without. I think i prefer Aimpoint. There ...

Question on Colt AR15s.

Does colt make a 16'' barrel rifle with a mid-length gas system? I want midlength for reliability, the bayonet, and sight radius. help?

Went to the shop. No colts but they said they had them in often. Ruger gas gun, it was nice, i liked it (around 1500 :shock:). Saw a smith with a rail and buis, loved it. Loved the buis, but the rail was thick and heavy, but liked the gun at 1300 roundabouts. Didnt realy look at the non railed ones,...

I have heard that they are easier to put on than other free floats, does it require you to take apart your gas block etc?
