Re: AT-94. Thoughts?

It's also noteworthy that for not much more, you can purchase a full-auto SMG. True, but what kind of full-auto SMG? Here's a transferable MP5; only $17,000 . Are we comparing apples to apples? It might be a matter of personal preference, but I think I would prefer a higher quality semi-auto to a c...

AT-94. Thoughts?

I've been on the lookout for high quality 9mm carbines and found this new offering from ATI importers. The gun is manufactured by MKE (I believe) on HK tooling. Does anyone have any experience with this gun? The carbine version will ONLY accept 10 round magazines, but either of the pistol versions w...

I carry bullet-forward. I find that it is a more fluid movement to grab the base of the mag and flip it right-side up. It is GTG then.

DEAL: 20L (5 Gallon) Jerry Cans *Backordered*

If you were in the market for some Jerry Cans to store fuel, take a look at these. These are new, unissued NATO-spec Jerry Cans. An order of 4 comes out to $30/ea. shipped, including a pouring spout. You won't find 'em any cheaper right now in new condition. $127 total or you can buy them individual...

Re: Armor Teaser Thread *UPDATED COMPLETE*

Sick carrier and plates. Although I would advise you to adjust your method of OpSec.. I could unswirl that in maybe 5 minutes. Just food for thought. Not too mention, his face (unswirled) is plastered all over the LA Camp and Shoot thread, staring with affection at Gunny.... Just sayin'..... I can ...

Re: How many expensive HD rounds do you shoot before.....

Tap-Rack-Bang drills with Snap Caps help a lot to ensure that you are prepared in the event that this happens in a critical situation. Agreed on this. If you train well enough, it'll be second nature. My sidearm will do a second strike if I pull the trigger again, so if I don't get a "BANG", I pull...

Re: Gun safes

Just to keep in mind, there is ALWAYS a market for decent used gun safes. If you can find a good deal on a safe that has a bit of room for expansion, get it. You can always sell it later if you want to upgrade.

Nice pics, Loquinho. I have been eye a PM9 for some time now, and just passed up on a $600 2 yr old PM9 w/ a DLC(?) slide that was up for sale. It hurt. Let us know how you like shooting it! Of course after seeing the compactness of the PM9, I got swooned by the PM380....gotta buy 'em all! Gre...

Never done business with them, but they look to carry some quality armor.

They also advertise Point Blank IV Ceramic 10x12 plates. One is $199 and one is $325 but I can't find a difference?

Re: stack on safes - are they ok

I have the smaller, non-fire rated version of that safe. I think it is the 12 gun version? It is a bit cramped in there, but with a bit of work, it all fits in there nicely. I think for what you want, it is a good investment. I got mine for about $120 from a scratch and dent sale at Sport's Authorit...

PDW/ Carbine for small woman

I recently got my wife her CCW but would like to get her training on something with a little more oomph than a .32acp. I have started looking at options but was wondering what the collective mind might have to add to my search. My wife is 5'4, 120# and lacks upper body strength. What this boils down...

I'm not married to the idea pistol mags on the chest rig. I have a war belt on its way in a few week that I will be ...

Re: By popular demand, Delta's IFAK/Blow Out Kit

The zipper along the whole seam is so much more convenient than the pouch (opening at the top only) design. Agreed. One of the nice features of this pouch is the ripcord at the top which will close the pouch without having to zip it back up. You can also set it so the bottom lip lays horizontal, fo...
