Re: Whats Your Top Ten Family Vehicles During Survival Situa

Dodge full size van or astro/safari AWD would be my suggestions. The dodge full size vans can be had cheap and it's easy enough to throw an LSD or switchable locker in them for snow use. they are not super great for parking though, and don't get a high-top or you pretty much won't make any parking g...

It also comes bluntish. Supposed to be an entry tool rather than a bushcrafting one.
How is fit and build? Seem solid enough as an entry tool?

Hawk-ish sort of multi-tool?

Anybody seen or handled one of these in person?
I like the looks/functionality, but with only one review, unsure as to construction quality.

Sin bin rides again... Doing another Texas run this year to pick up a bunch of furniture. Recently flushed the heater core, and a whole bunch of crud came out. Still gotta replace the lower radiator hose and track down a small oil leak. Drove it to Vegas in june and took some road debris to the AC c...

Re: GhostlyKarliion is back, now in Texas flavor!

Pittsburg actually, just to the north of and about an hour (plus or minus 20 minutes) away from Longview, Tyler, Texarkana, Greenville, Commerce, and Paris. I am somewhat centrally located in Northeast Texas, are there many of us out here? I know exactly where Pittsburg is, my folks live in Gilmer,...

I would almost bet air gap... if the temp sensor is in the top of the engine, unscrew it a bit with the thing running (and cold) and see if you get solid fluid out or air bubbles. might need a burping.

Why does it have to be an "or" situation? Pink camo to me is kind of girly. If it was hello kitty its possible I am just asian or 16. I woke up to 15 inches of snow this morning so I got to see how the car does in snow! Goes like a champ even in wet sloppy snow. http://i392.photobucket.com/albums/p...

It's been a bit since the last update on the Sin Bin. this weekend or next she's getting a new intake manifold gasket (and the gasket under there on a lower oil retention pan), new thermostat and new serpentine. I believe the previous stalling problems were from a leak at the back of the intake gask...
