Re: Mini 14, your thoughts?

I like the AR-15 much better then the Mini-14. My friend loves his Mini-14. It is the traditional one all metal and wood. I have not seen any issues with it. I say if you like it get it. It is a decent rifle.

Re: wow....anybody need 9mm!

Due to Texas interstate commerce laws, the confirmation email I received immediately after placing my order constitutes a written and signed (by both parties) contract. The fact that they changed my price without informing me first is a violation of interstate commerce, mail order commerce, mail fr...

Re: 30-06 or 308

.30-06 all animals fear it, and it kicked the snot out of enemies in 4 wars (WWI-Vietnam), the 4th being rarely used but was still utilized. It is also one of the most common rounds in the world.

Oh and it shots everything from 55grain (Remington Accelerator ammo) to 220 grain.

We made fun of that at work one time. I agree.

Re: Taurus, why so much hate?

I own a PT 24/7 Pro 9mm. I bought it on impulse a couple years back. I was impressed by the grip. It is comfortable. I took it to the range and it locked up on me after two mags were fired through it. I could not wrack the slide. I dumped the magazine and let it sit on the bench thinking what to do ...

Re: Thoughts on ImI Jericho (aka Baby Eagle)

D/A is fine, trigger pull is light. In fact if I am firing a pistol with a longer pull through a firing cycle at the range and then just switch out, I have an issue with double tapping until I adjust myself. It scared the bejesus out of me the first time! I can say I have had only a couple of failur...

The lower must not have a bolt catch, disconnector or buffer assembly. I take it then these are to be removed? I am thinking of obtaining one of these for the fun of it, but was curious about the .50BMG round overwhelming the buffer assembly. I guess the quote above answers that, or perhaps I am mi...

I just did not select my AR-15 or AK-47 or my semi-automatic handguns are my home defense firearms. Now my G17 or Baby Eagle .40S&W will h...

I am inclined to agree with the statement, or the "sky is the limit" quote. Now for practical purposes 1k - 10k, as mentioned above, sounds...
