Well, ok.... who's been leaving their gear all over SF?
(ZS got a bit of screen time from the video, looks like things may get interesting here soon.)

Re: So I found out I'm out of shape.
The other thing that was amazing was that with all the people running over the broken glass and flipped cars, there were no accidents at all. (outside of a couple over heating while waiting for casting it wasn't too bad.) http://www.oregonlive.com/movies/2015/09/zombie_invasion_overwhelms_sou.html (...

So I found out I'm out of shape.
Round is a shape right? Today I was in Portland as an extra for a zombie movie for the Portland. http://portlandfilmfestival.com/2015/07/30/zombie-day-apocalypse-on-labor-day/ I hopped my sorry ass on down there in a last minute rush after grabbing something that would look "cool" on camera. (black ...

Well apparently it's effective enough for some state senator to try to ban them in NY.

I want a Snoddy Highroller balisong. Bad thing is having to wait while the darn thing is being made. (it took me a bit over 3 months to get my first Snoddy.) Also living out in the pacific northwest makes it really hard on the wallet for custom knives, plus being near Portland means you can get some...

Re: How Effective is the Machete as a Weapon?
I snatched up the 18 inch machete that Kershaw put out over at the factory sale last weekend. I wound up doing the milkjug test and it was thrusting right through with no problems, then slicing right through with very little problems. (other than having to pick every thing up afterwards.)

Re: Is the Tomahawk a Useful PAW Implement?
Well after I broke my poll axe clearing debris from what was left of my house, I had to switch to my Norse hawk, and was using it to chop through limbs, wiring, sections of flooring and using it to cut through carpet and shit. (nobody questioned it being slung on my belt (not state troopers, sheriff...

Re: Are there any sources for AOW double barreled shotguns?
I saw a double barrel AOW made from a Stevens shotgun out at a shop in Portland a few weeks ago. I can't remember the name of the shop for the life of me though.

Re: Twin tornadoes in Pilger Ne Last Monday.
So..... update. I had no insurance because that was scheduled with state farm that Tuesday (day after the tornado at 9 am ironically enough) and FEMA isn't going to help because enough people already had insurance. (or some BS excuse close to that) My wife is not happy with tornado alley any more an...

Twin tornadoes in Pilger Ne Last Monday.
AKA Bugging out with an Anvil sucks. So I just signed the lease on Saturday, finished moving in Sunday and started getting used to the place Monday morning. By late Monday afternoon, I was homeless. An EF4 tornado ripped through the small town of Pilger Nebraska just flat out destroying everything. ...

Re: Used Glock 22's for $349.
That's an awesome price. All I find at the gun shows in my area are the 500 dollar gen 2 g22s. Worse yet are the beaten to hell G27s going for a bit more than that.

Re: cant stop thinking about buying a switchblade
yeah the new texas law is is 3.5 inch single edge. The infidel is an ok knife, but I like the H&K OTF that is under 200 now for a really really nice quality one. If you want a single action (out only, manual retract) on a cheaper budget you can look into the Paragon/batcave ones, and the ones from D...

Well there was that show with les stroud that wasn't survivorman. (it was about him visiting other people that live completely off the grid) It was interesting to say the least.

Re: Oh to destroy an antique......
I know, I should find something a bit easier to work on and shoot (finding ammo is a bugger, but it's a fun little toy). But a gun smith in my area is going to start teaching me pretty soon, so this project may stop, go or just take a pause while I get more kydex stuff finished up so I can buy extra...
