Re: What would you do with a pile of wooden pallets?

Uh, give them to me maybe? hahaha

I doubt you are close, but if you are I could take a few off your hands.

What I would do is set a few up and hang target papers from them. Cheap and useful, plus they are plentiful in your case.

Re: 72 hours

Here is the scenario. You get advanced warning that things will hit the fan in 72 hours. You are one of maybe 100-200 people that knows. The power grid is going to be taken down across the entire country. Let's say for at least 30-60 days. Potential wrol. Definite riots and looting. Minimal to zero...

Re: Zombie Outbreak - Everyone Bug-Out!

Depends on which direction the zombies are coming from. If it's from the north, I will be holding up in my dorm room until the zombies either pass through or thin out enough so I can take them out one by one. If they are coming from the south then I will be able to get in my car and head home where ...

Re: Built or bought: AR rifle in late 2014

I don't own an AR yet, but like you I plan to soon. I am planning on getting the Ruger AR556 like you mentioned above. I mean, sure, its got the proprietary delta ring but Ruger even said you can swap it out for a regular one easy enough. The reasons I value the Ruger above all else it the fact that...

Re: Name your Dream 3 Gun Carry

My three gun setup would be fairly straightforward. 1. Mossberg 500 - as long as I am able to stay in my house I will be using the 12 gauge. If I ever need to bug out I would probably still bring it, but I would need to ditch it if the ammo got too heavy. 2. AR15 - I don't have one yet, but I'm hopi...

Re: What long arm and handgun are you using to bug out?

Well, I don't own a handgun due to me being underage, but for a longarm I would have to take my Mossberg 500. 12 gauge, 18.5" barrel, and I've got over 200 rounds of buckshot

Re: Quick, defend yourself: What do you have on hand RIGHT n

On hand as of right now? To my left I've got a 12 gauge mossberg with a couple rounds of buckshot, loaded in the shotgun. About 3 feet behind me I've got my trusty marlin .22lr with 3-9x32 scope, about 200 rounds of .22 for that. And to my right, I just got done taking apart a 5.7L Chevy small block...
