Re: Advice for a first-time homebuyer
I wanted to reiterate my point of getting a good realtor. Ours was able to tell us how much the owner bought the house for and how much they still owed on it, so we knew what we could offer. She also told us to think about hos much we wanted to spend on the house and offer a price that would allow u...

Re: Advice for a first-time homebuyer
Talk to friends, family, coworkers... get a recommendation for a good realtor. They usually have people they use and trust. Although, feel free to get quotes from different mortgage brokers, though. Someone else recommended an inspector, and I can't agree more! Be aware, though, that a general inspe...

Re: How Does Your Garden Grow? 2010
I HAVE TOMATOES!!! well, I have one that's started. I also have corn, cucumber, bell peppers and strawberries! My cucumber plants have gone nuts, though and are now being turned into lovely vines that wrap around my raised box. I know I'm totally doing this wrong. But I say that if something grows, ...

Re: How Does Your Garden Grow? 2010
mbaz, I need that salsa recipe. I would say half our budget goes to buying salsa for my husband's insatiable salsa appetite! And I have bell peppers coming in! They are so cute! But I have a question about my tomatoes... None seem to be coming in. Everyone else in the area has beautiful tomatoes on ...

Re: How Does Your Garden Grow? 2010
So, here's a question... I have four tomato plants (better boy), and they seem pretty sturdy. I usually stake my tomatoes, but these don't seem to have any problem on their own. Should I just go ahead and wire them up or wait until I see them sag a bit. And Shmerpy, I totally have cucumber flowers, ...

I was under the impression that you should continue to plant new seedlings every month or so. I haven't done it, because I'm totally slack, but it might have been regarding cold weather crops.
I think it was in Four Season Gardening.

I can't have Nutella in the house. I will eat a whole jar. And then I will promptly throw up. So, it's basically a waste of money.

Wait, he's planning to bring a zombie along with him? And then have sex with it?
How do I vote "DO NOT WANT!"
Edit: If you are asking if I will bring my husband with me in the ZPAW, the answer is yes.
