Bad time brings out the the worst and the best in people. I think your neighborhood will have both. You will have those that help each other and those that can't play nice. If you have a lot invested in your property I would stay. Actively look for some good neighbors. They dont have to be next door...

i was in the market for a nre pistol about 6 months ago. I wanted a G20 in 10mm because i like the ten and I reload for it. But I have a bunch of S&W 10mms and I wanted something cheaper to shoot.

I got a g17 and 26. Love them....

Still going to get a G20 though.

I had an old jeep that had 2 year old gas in it. Yes 2 year old gas in it. I put some stabil in it about every 6 months and it ran fine.

Dont know about the E85 stuff.
