Why not look into concealable plates and a concealable carrier?
Wear it underneath your shirt. Can't run AR pouches on it, but you could have a chest rig or something for that.

Two months probably right now, and it'd be tight.
That's one of my goals for this year, improving that number to something way more comforting.

Re: 2018 prep goals
I don't think I made a goal post in that other thread. I guess my goals this year are to pay off debt, get better setup with water systems, get the three ARs set up with scopes/slings/ammo/mags, take a class, get more med supplies, start a garden. So, we got our 0% loan back from the government earl...

Re: What are you playing?
Ghost Recon Wildlands Went back to this game. I've been playing SWB2. But GRW came out with a Predator mission scenario and 4v4 multiplayer so I'll be GWRing with some friends for a little while. The other thing that is cool, that probably came out with the 4v4 release, is that the Ghost Recon Netw...

Re: How can you buy milsurp in today's market?
Do newly remanufactured firearms like PTR clones of G3s and Zenith and soon-to-be PSA MP5's count as partial milsurp? Not really?? Cuz I want those... Yeah, those FAL clones with the picatinny rail on top do look sweet, if I were to buy a 308 rifle I'd want to put a scope on it easily. I take full ...

I'd probably bet that most of the nazis casualties on the Eastern Front were due to soviet tanks and artillery.

Re: How can you buy milsurp in today's market?
Man, this thread got depressing in a hurry. In Massachusetts, where the import and sale of any AR-style rifle into the state has been outlawed, I can absolutely see the allure of going milsurp, specifically Eastern Bloc. For example, here's a list of what's banned: http://www.mass.gov/ago/public-sa...

Re: How can you buy milsurp in today's market?
Yeah, I used to want to get some milsurp like a Mosin or such, but like you guys said, prices are crazy in my area. Mosins are running $350-$450, but you can buy a modern bolt action and frankly you're probably getting much more for your money. I can put together an AR from PSA for $400-$500, and I ...

Was sick this weekend, so it was a lay on the couch and try not to cough my brains out.
So I watched season one of Ash Vs Evil Dead
Enjoyed it, fun and full of nonsense to make me laugh.

Wait, you mean to tell me that not everybody can just pick up a gun that they've never used and score 12 running headshots in a row with a ten round magazine? :awesome: I've never really understood how being infected already, but then getting bit equals zombie in a couple of hours.... Re: The Return Of The Ruger Police Carbine; The PC9
I couldn't stop laughing when everyone was amazed by this "new" carbine, I pointed out to them that the Ruger Police Carbine was made until 2007. It really wasn't that interesting when you compare it to AR pistols that feed off of Glock mags, but the takedown feature could be a useful feature for th...

Re: Ash vs. Evil Dead TV series
So I have to admit, I've never seen the Evil Dead movies.
But I saw Ash Vs. Evil Dead pop up in my Netflix feed, is it good enough to watch?
Need a new series to watch when the wife is still sleeping, she's currently watching Punisher with me and wouldn't forgive me if I watched it without her.

Re: Lowest-Pro-est chest rig in the west
Yeah, the GGG Bandoleer was what I was thinking of, was looking more for something that carries 3-4 mags max but I guess I could just not stuff mags into 2-3 of the elastic slots. Loading from the chest is more natural for me. The BFG one looks nice, but just not what I'm looking for. Purpose of the...

Re: Bushwick - SHTF/Civil War II Movie
Managed to watch it this morning on Netflix. It's meh.... I feel like it would be a pretty good movie if they switched out the "southern militias" for an anonymous foreign military invasion, because as it is the plot makes very little sense. Would Stupe put his frickin' pack on correctly?! Constantl...
